Counseling Appointments for Graduate & Professional Students
Schedule an Appointment
To schedule a regular counseling appointment, call or visit our Central Office located in the Revelle Plaza area under CLICS. The Central Office can be reached at (858) 534-3755. The average wait time for an appointment during peak periods of the quarter is two weeks. If you have an urgent matter, please contact or come to our Cental Office for immediate assistance. After normal business hours, please call (858) 534-HELP for assistance.
Online Intake Forms
Students can now complete their intake forms for their first appointment ONLINE! No more paper forms! Students will receive an email notification from our Appointment Desk the evening before their scheduled intake appointment. This email will provide a link to our online forms website. Students will then be able to login using your Single SignOn account and can complete all 3 parts of our intake forms process! For more information about our online intake forms, click here!
Confidentiality for Grads
CAPS realizes how important confidentiality is for graduate and professional students. We often hear about concerns of running into undergraduate students in waiting areas and groups. CAPS has nine different locations where students can receive services. Feel free to request your desired location. In addition, specific groups are designated for graduate and professional students.
