This Resources for Students section will provide information on ways to help yourself and a friend.  In addition, you can access important Self-Help and Campus Resources.  We also have a link to a handbook we provide the UCSD community on how to Assist an Emotionally Distressed Student. We hope to provide you with information and resources to increase your skills in helping yourself and others. Other topics such as Adjustment to College, Relationships, and Academic Stress can be found in our Self-Help Library.  In addition to the Self-Help Library, you can Take An Online Mental Health Assessment to assess your personal mental health situation across a variety of areas (e.g., substance use, depression, eating disorders).
