CAPS offers 15 locations across campus: Our Central Office (Galbraith Hall 190), each of the seven undergraduate colleges, graduate student housing, OASIS, and the campus community centers. Please click on the locations below for more detailed information and check-in procedures.

In-Person Appointments	Directions: Galbraith Hall is located next Revelle Plaza (just south of Urey and York Halls). Room 190 is located on the bottom floor of Galbraith Hall (the floor below the large Orange Galbraith Hall sign). If this is your first time making an appointment, please go to the front desk and speak to the receptionist. If this is a follow up visit, please check in at the CheckIn Kiosk(s) and complete any eForms or eSurveys at the computer terminal next to the kiosks.

In-Person Appointments	Directions: 1st floor of Student Center B, located on the corner of Gilman Drive and Mandeville Lane. The other side of the building is across from the Art of Espresso Coffee Cart (a.k.a. Mandeville Cart). ISPO Map Check-in Process: Check in with the front desk at the 1st (bottom) floor. They will direct you to the CAPS kiosk to check in and complete any eForms. Or the front desk will call your counselor and provide paperwork, if needed. Your counselor will meet you at the waiting area on the 2nd floor once they were notified, and all forms are completed

Marshall College

In-Person Appointments	Directions: Humanities and Social Sciences Building is located just south of AP&M and McGill Hall, and West of the Biology Building adjacent to the outdoor basketball and tennis courts at Muir Field Follow the signs to Muir Academic Advising and Student Affairs Enter the West Wing doors on the 2nd floor, near the elevator. Locate the check-in Tablet in the corridor outside HSS 2126, Muir Academic Advising. Check in and have a seat in the waiting area. Your CAPS therapist will greet you at your scheduled appointment time.

In-Person Appointments	Directions: This office is located at the ERC campus, located directly across from RIMAC fields. The ERC Administration Building is on the north end of the ERC campus, just west of Mesa Verde Hall (along Ridge Walk). On the window of the College Administration Building is a large sign that says "Academic Advising." Once you walk up the stairs to the third floor, turn right and check in at the CAPS Kiosk. Your psychologist will greet you at your scheduled appointment time or shortly thereafter.
