CAPS RISE Ambassador Program
Welcome Tritons!
The CAPS RISE Ambassadors are undergraduate student leadership positions that provide an advanced training opportunity specifically focused on planning, developing, promoting and supporting psycho-educational workshops, presentations, tablings and events related to mental health and wellness.
- The program provides the unique experience of receiving ongoing training and supervision by CAPS psychologists and post-doctoral fellows.
- RISE Ambassadors will have the opportunity to be participant leaders in CAPS outreaches. As the student leadership voice of CAPS, RISE Ambassadors also provide feedback on the design and implementation of these offerings.
- Student leaders will work to form liaisons with campus community resources and serve as ambassadors in guiding students to support resources.
